Catalonia approves the law of consumption, cultivation and transport of cannabis.
The law proposed by a popular law initiative was approved by the Catalan parliament, the popular initiative managed to validate more than 56,000 signatures collected in the Catalan territory.
The pioneer law in Europe, authorizes cannabis associations to cultivate and distribute cannabis among their members. We are proud to have achieved this new panorama, after more than three years of work, we have managed to legalize the consumption of marijuana and to consider its medicinal and therapeutic benefits.
Since 2017 You will be able to transport marijuana from the association to your home without being penalized, the regulation that prohibits smoking in public spaces such as streets and parks is still in force. We continue!!
The most common mistakes when cooking cannabis
